Dan Meis issues exciting four-word update on Everton's new stadium

Everton can finally smile after a brilliant performance on the field, and there’s plenty going on away from Goodison Park as Dan Meis has provided an update on the new stadium.

The Friedkin Group are closing in on the Everton takeover, but that’s not all that’s going on at the moment on Merseyside, as there’s also a new stadium nearing completion.

Dan Meis, the architect of the construction of the Bramley-Moore stadium, has been dropping little hints throughout the building process.

It’s believed to be fully operations for Everton games by the summer of 2025, but there will be plenty of test events and other things going on before hand.

Interestingly, Dan has provided another little hint on his X account prior to Everton’s clash with Wolves, and it makes for exciting reading.

This will be the last season at Goodison Park, which will be an emotional time for all.

So many memories to be remembered and there’s still time to create some more in the limited time left, starting with a second successive Goodison victory over Liverpool at the weekend.

Dan has taken to his X to tease fans with a four word message that states, ‘won’t be long now’.

What’s been said about the new stadium?

Sam Allardyce came out recently and shared some info on the new stadium. He’s been told that the revenue at the Bramley-Moore Dock could be in the region of £75 million per year.

Meanwhile, Everton fans have been reacting to footage that has emerged of the new stadium, but they don’t like the length of the tunnel walk.

The new stadium may prove to be a handy transfer tool in the summer, as players love the idea of being able to make history at a fresh new stadium.

It’ll hopefully improve on the Goodison atmosphere even more, as well as providing a better matchday experience with plenty of things to do and see around the ground.

However, it may take a while to feel the same nostalgic feel that Goodison gives off.
