Arsenal made a positive stride forward in their push for the Premier League title on Wednesday night with victory over Manchester United.
Mikel Arteta’s side closed their deficit to Liverpool by two points with the Reds dropping points up on Tyneside.
The Gunners may have dropped a place to Chelsea on goal difference, but they remain well within the fight for the title.
Ruben Amorim praised Arsenal’s set pieces on Wednesday night with the hosts scoring twice from corners in the second half of the game.
After the game, some Arsenal fans claimed William Saliba was their best player despite Declan Rice being awarded the Man of the Match.
However, John Terry shared his honest thoughts on Rice’s display following the game which saw Arsenal provide a real statement in the title race.

John Terry praised Arsenal’s Declan Rice after Man United win
Rice reacted to Liverpool’s draw against Newcastle by claiming the Gunners will not be getting too carried away.
It was an assured display from the England midfielder as he also turned provider for Jurrien Timber’s goal from a corner.
Taking to Instagram after the game, Rice posed with his Man of the Match award and captioned the selfie: ‘Keep doubting’.

Chelsea legend Terry quickly responded to the message by simply saying: ‘Superb mate’.
Kai Havertz hailed Rice as ‘unreal’ recently, which was certainly the case on Wednesday night as he dominated the midfield.
Arsenal’s size is proving a real boost from set pieces this season and David Seaman was stunned by how tall Rice was after seeing him in training.
Ivan Toney also commented on Rice’s Instagram post
Over the summer, Ivan Toney met with Arsenal’s Edu Gaspar to discuss a potential move to north London.
However, a move did not materialise and the Englishman has ended up playing in Saudi Arabia after securing a deadline day move.
Toney also got involved in the comments as he praised Rice’s display by adding: ‘My boy’.
Tottenham explored a move for Toney over the summer but opted to sign Dominic Solanke instead.
Although the striker may not have gotten his move to a big English club, he still clearly has good relationships with some of the players inside the league.
