Manchester City have been dealt fresh injury concerns heading into their Premier League trip to Crystal Palace on Saturday.
Pep Guardiola’s finally ended their seven-game winless run on Wednesday night by beating Nottingham Forest 3-0 to get back on track after something of a crisis.
They now head to Selhurst Park on Saturday afternoon looking to build following a nightmare run for Guardiola.
Still, their task has been made all the more difficult as a frustrating season on the injury front continued on Wednesday night.
Both Nathan Ake and Manuel Akanji suffered knocks against Forest and are expected to miss the trip to south London, adding to City’s list of injured players.
