Murillo drops three-word message after 3-0 Manchester City defeat

Murillo has taken to Instagram after the Manchester City loss with a message to Nottingham Forest supporters.

Nottingham Forest can’t have too many complaints about the result as Manchester City were the better side on the day, and they are the defending champions after all.

However, some of the performances from the Forest players will raise concern.

Ryan Yates was hooked off at half-time and Nuno Espirito Santo explained after the game that this was down to it being a tactical decision.

Supporters weren’t really having much of it, as they weren’t impressed by Yates’ display.

Murillo is taking a more positive outlook after the defeat, as he took to Instagram with a three-word message after the defeat.

Murillo impressed Dion Dublin last time out against Ipswich, and he put in another respectable display against the Citizens on Wednesday night.

He was one of the players who can keep his head high, and that’s exactly what he’s doing.

Speaking on Instagram, Murillo dropped the message of ‘always moving forward’.

This is a similar message to that of Morgan Gibbs-White, as he also dropped a positive message, stating ‘we go again’ with Manchester United up next.

Murillo’s performance in numbers against Manchester City

Murillo played the full 90 minutes for Nottingham Forest.

He was heavily involved defensively, making four clearances, one interception, three tackles, two interceptions and two last man tackles (SofaScore).

The defender also won three duels, had 49 touches and completed four long balls.

An eye-opening price tag has been suggested for Murillo in the region of £80 million, and with consistency like he’s had this season that’s well deserved.
