Manchester City returned to winning ways last night as they beat Nottingham Forest 3-0.
Pep Guardiola has got the team back on track after a very tough past few weeks.
It was much more like it from City at the Etihad Stadium, with Kevin De Bruyne and Jeremy Doku playing starring roles against the Reds.
There was also a great performance from Jack Grealish in midfield. After the game, Grealish drew praise from Guardiola, suggesting he could play there again.
It was vital for City to get back on track. As unlikely as it is that City will win the Premier League title, there is still a feeling for many that the club can’t be ruled out of the race.
Liverpool drew with Newcastle United last night, and it looks as though they may not run away with it.

Amid the struggles for Manchester City in recent weeks, Chelsea have been making a quiet surge up the Premier League table.
The Blues have had a chaotic past couple of years. But things seem to have settled down now for the Blues, with Enzo Maresca doing a good job so far.
Chelsea thrashed Southampton 5-1 last night and are currently second in the table on 28 points – seven behind leaders Liverpool.
City moved up to 26 points and are in fourth, with Arsenal in third.
Carragher was watching last night’s games, and believes that Chelsea could actually finish above City this season.
He said: “I’m telling you, I think Chelsea are going to finish above Man City. They’re winning games with ease. The way they played against Arsenal, the way they played against Liverpool.”
Chelsea looking good, but face tall order to finish above Man City
Chelsea have been excellent in recent weeks and look good for at least a top four finish this season.
Cole Palmer has played a starring role once again, and Maresca is getting the best out of the likes of Nicolas Jackson, Noni Madueke and Pedro Neto.
But it’s a bold shout from Carragher to say Chelsea will finish above City.
Yes, they’re going well. But City tend to do much better in the second half of seasons, and just have that experience and know-how.
We’ve seen City put together long winning runs at the business end of the season, and that will be the objective once again.
But of course, City don’t have Rodri this time around so it’ll be more difficult. So there’s an outside chance for Chelsea.
