Mo Salah (Liverpool v Brighton), Harry Wilson (Fulham v Brentford), Matheus Cunha (Wolves v Southampton), Alejandro Garnacho (Man Utd v Leicester), Matheus Cunha (Wolves v Fulham x2) and Emerson (West Ham v Arsenal) are also up for the award.
Cunha is the first player to ever be nominated three times in a single month.
