“I’m so happy” – Player says leaving Chelsea was “the best thing I could have done”

One Premier League player has claimed that leaving Chelsea was the best thing he could of done and he is now so happy at his new club.

A lot of players have been coming and going through the doors of Stamford Bridge in recent seasons under the new ownership and as well as under the former ownership. We have seen a bit of a revolving door there, and not just when it comes to managers.

The new owners came in and decided that they were going to rebuild the first team squad entirely. And by rebuilding I mean completely gutting out and stripping what they already had bar the odd few, and starting again from the bottom with a complete set of new players.

So it was no surprise to see Kai Havertz get sold as part of this rebuild, deciding to make the move to Chelsea’s London rivals Arsenal. I don’t think there was a single Chelsea fan who was upset to see him go, and the chunk of cash that The Blues got for him was incredible really, especially how bad he was when he left.

Chelsea fans were not upset at all to see Havertz leave

As cited on SPTC today, Havertz has this week said on leaving Chelsea:

“For me, it’s the best thing I could have done. I’m so happy with the support of everyone who has helped me during my time there. I’ve only just started and I hope to continue playing well and winning titles.”

Well trust me mate, Chelsea fans were very happy you left as well and to be honest, we have used the money to bring in a bunch of attackers who are MUCH better than Havertz without any doubt at all.
