Arsenal closed the gap by two points to Liverpool on Wednesday night as they beat Manchester United 2-0.
Both Gunners’ goals came from corners with William Saliba and Jurrien Timber both getting on the end of pinpoint crosses.
Arsenal could have scored more from set-pieces too, notably an easy header missed by midfielder Thomas Partey to open the scoring.
Mikel Arteta‘s side now sit third in the Premier League, level on points with Chelsea. They are both seven points behind league leaders Liverpool who dropped points in a 3-3 draw to Newcastle United.
