Saka scoops third Player of the Month of 24/25

For the third time in the first four months of this campaign, Bukayo Saka has been selected by our supporters as our men's Player of the Month winner.

The winger has picked up November's award to go with August and October's after yet again registering some superb numbers and form throughout the month, scooping 58% of the votes to finish ahead of Kai Havertz, Martin Odegaard and Leandro Trossard.

Bukayo Saka managed to score and assist in his final three outings of the month, firstly setting up Thomas Partey's strike and bagged a fine goal himself against Nottingham Forest. He then produced an excellent piece of play to set up Havertz in against Sporting CP in the Champions League before drilling home from the penalty spot to seal our 5-1 success.

The England man bettered that performance with a goal and two assists against West Ham United last weekend in our 5-2 win, becoming the fourth-fastest player to 10 assists in a season in Premier League history.

It is the 10th time that Bukayo has been named our club Player of the Month award, overtaking Mesut Ozil's haul of nine which had previously been the highest total since we launched our monthly vote in 2012.

Bukayo last won three club Player of the Months in a single campaign during the 2020/21 season, which came consecutively. You have to go back to 2016/17 for the last time a player earned more than three accolades in the same season, when Alexis Sanchez scooped five.

Bukayo has also been nominated for the Premier League Player of the Month award, which he won for the only time in his career back in March 2023.
