Crystal Palace are expected to curtail Ademola Ola-Adebomi's loan at sister club SK Beveren in January, the News Shopper understands.

The striker joined the Belgian Challenger Pro League outfit on a season-long loan in the summer but has struggled to gain a consistent run of starts.

Born in Lewisham, the striker suffered a dislocated shoulder in October. However, the 21-year-old made a full recovery quicker than expected and is back available.

Despite returning to training, Ola-Adebomi was left out of SK Beveren's matchday squad for their 0-0 draw with Patro Eisden Maasmechelen on Saturday.

Ola-Adebomi spent the second half of last season on loan at League One club Burton, returning three goal contributions.

The Eagles are looking to secure another loan for the forward in the winter window, with clubs in the EFL showing initial interest.
