Ange Postecoglou has made three changes to the team that drew with Fulham at the weekend.
Archie Gray comes in for his first Premier League start in place of Pedro Porro while Dominic Solanke is back from illness to face his former club and lines up in place of Heung-Min Son.
Dejan Kulusevski, meanwhile, is restored to the side in place of Timo Werner.
With Son on the bench, James Maddison will captain the team tonight.
