The Merseyside derby is always a fascinating encounter, and Jordan Pickford is already looking forward to it.
Liverpool will be looking to get their revenge after losing 2-0 back in April of this year, as Jarrad Branthwaite and Dominic Calvert-Lewin scored the goals.
Everton fans could be heard singing ‘you lost the league at Goodison Park’, and no doubt that chant will be being brought back out this weekend.
Form goes out the window when it comes to derby day, but Everton will be hoping they can replicate the Wolves performance, which was one of the best of the season.
Jordan Pickford is already looking forward to what the Merseyside derby has to offer, as he’s taken to Instagram to drop a little message ahead of Saturday.

The England international is already looking forward to the Merseyside derby, as he had a few words to say about it in his Instagram message.
‘Massive night in a big week! Goodison was rocking tonight & we’ll need the same on Saturday. See you then! 👀💙’
Sean Dyche needs to rally his troops
Sean Dyche has had trouble getting the fans on board in recent times, but something he said to his players before the game at Goodison on Wednesday clearly got through.
The Everton boss revealed his team talk prior to kick-off against Wolves, and here’s what he had to say.
“I said on the weekend I wasn’t disappointed with a lot of the performance but you can’t make those mistakes.
“[Tonight] we haven’t made mistakes and I thought we’ve had that real intent and desire to score goals. We mixed our performance and played well.
“It’s not just for the press, I told the lads beforehand, that I couldn’t be more proud of them. That will never change.
“The things they have gone through here and they’re still working, still have the desire to go and change things, still have the desire to go and win, still have the desire to go and put sweat and belief on the shirt and the badge. That will never change – the pride I have in these players.”
