Arsenal set to enjoy easy fixture run compared to title rivals

After enduring a difficult start to the 2024/25 campaign, Arsenal now look set to enjoy a much more favourable fixture list than some of their Premier League title rivals.

Having already played five of the current teams in the top half of the Premier League table away from home this season, many Arsenal fans have been left wondering when the fixtures will favour the Gunners – and their wishes could be about to be granted.

Not only are the Gunners’ next five Premier League fixtures seemingly ‘favourable’, with admittedly no game easy at this level, but they also mean that Arsenal will not need to leave London again until 4 January 2025, when they travel to the south coast to take on Brighton – where Arsenal will be seeking revenge.

Manchester City may have ended their recent slump in form with a dominant win over Nottingham Forest on Tuesday, but their next five Premier League fixtures make for grim reading for Pep Guardiola’s side.

They will face: Crystal Palace (A), Manchester United (H), Aston Villa (A), Everton (H) and Leicester City (A) – and face just one additional fixture, away to Juventus in the Champions League, after being eliminated from the Carabao Cup in the third round of the competition.

Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea side will also face a fierce test of their credentials, with their next five games including: Tottenham Hotspur (A), Brentford (H), Everton (A), Fulham (H) and Ipswich Town (A).
