MORE WEST HAM STORIES
Potter’s managerial approach aligns well with the Hammers’ current squad composition, particularly in nurturing young, creative forwards and midfielders.
Known for his tactical acumen and emphasis on possession-based football, the Englishman has a history of transforming teams into systems that prioritise fluidity and attacking play.
His time at Brighton saw the development of players like Leandro Trossard and Yves Bissouma, who thrived under his guidance, becoming pivotal in their respective teams.
At West Ham, Potter could similarly elevate talents like Jarrod Bowen, Mohammed Kudus and Crysencio Summerville, whose versatility and attacking flair would benefit from Potter’s strategies that encourage players to express themselves within a structured framework.
