Everton are set to move to Bramley-Moore Dock in 2025-26

Everton risk becoming the Premier League’s laughing stock as footage of a mass leak on the Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium development emerged.
The Blues will bid a heartfelt farewell to Goodison Park at the end of the season to embark on a new era at the waterfront stadium.
However, the building works are not going according to plan as footage emerged on X [5 December] of a leak gushing water from the top of the stand into the concourse.
Most Everton supporters are eager for the season to end and hit the restart button at Bramley-Moore under the prospective new ownership of The Friedkin Group, but now they could be looking red-faced as the works take another setback.

The Bramley-Moore Dock Stadium has the potential to transform Everton into a financial powerhouse if TFG plays their cards right.

Dan Friedkin is pursuing the possibility of purchasing land around the venue for further entertainment and leisure facilities to improve matchday and non-matchday revenue for the Toffees [The Athletic].
Former Blues boss Sam Allardyce further intensified the supporters’ expectations by claiming the turnover will earn the Merseyside outfit upwards of £75million annually.
However, it is implausible that Everton will be able to retain fans in the seats if the pipes burst and flood the supporters on matchday.
This is an embarrassing look for the Blues; the supporters have long taunted the stadiums of fellow Premier League sides with the promise of Bramley-Moore Dock to be the new modern-day venue for football in England.
How this footage has been allowed to see the light of day is beyond comprehension and adds to the long list of jibes rivals can direct towards Evertonians after a poor season thus far on the pitch – even accounting for the Wolves win.
Hopefully the leaks will only be a minor error in the building works and will not cause any unforeseen delay in the stadium’s construction.
Nevertheless, Everton are doing itself no favours by allowing the footage to surface.
