A look at the latest injury news surrounding Chelsea and Tottenham as the London rivals prepare to face off in the Premier League.

Ange Postecoglou’s men lost away to Bournemouth as they continue to struggle for consistency. As Chelsea and Tottenham prepare to face off, we have rounded up all the latest injury news surrounding both teams.

Reece James - Out

James is absent after suffering a setback following his recovery from a thigh injury. Maresca said this week: “James is getting better, but he still needs weeks to come back.”

Wesley Fofana - Out

Fofana looks set to miss at least a couple of weeks with Maresca confirming: “We don't have any update at the moment on Fofana. Hopefully, we can get some more news in the next few days, but for sure he will be out for the next few weeks for sure.”

Omari Kellyman - Out

Kellyman remains out having missed much of the season through a hamstring injury.

Gugliemo Vicario - Out

Vicario is out long term with an ankle issue. Postecoglou has said: “It's not going to be weeks. It'll be months. With surgery, there are certain timelines. I don't like giving timelines so early in the process, as it puts undue pressure on the player... Once he starts getting [on the training pitch], we'll have a clearer idea.”

Richarlison - Out

The Brazilian remains out with a thigh issue. Postecoglou has said: “Richarlison, hopefully, he'll be back in the New Year but, again, similar to Micky (van de Ven), we've got to be careful every step of the way.”

Rodrigo Bentancur - Out (Suspended)

Bentancur is currently suspended over a media violation.

Micky van de Ven - Out

Van de Ven is not expected to return until later int he month. Postecoglou has said: “Micky is on course, working hard, training. It’s day by day with him; we have to make sure he ticks off all the boxes before he gets integrated into the squad.”

Mikey Moore - Out

Moore is likely to return in the next couple of weeks after a struggle with illness.

Cristian Romero - Doubt

Postecoglou has said of the centre-back: “We’re still taking it slowly with him; it’s still probably a couple of weeks before he’ll be ready to get properly back into it.”

Odobert is sidelined for a long stretch after undergoing surgery on his thigh injury.
