Paris Saint-Germain president Nasser Al-Khelaifi has issued a fresh update on reports linking his club with a move for Mohamed Salah. The forward is in the final year of his contract at Anfield, and speculation has been rife as to whether he will remain on Merseyside.
Salah has already revealed that he is 'disappointed' not to have received a formal approach from the club over a new deal. And, during the same interview with journalists including the ECHO, he said he was 'more out than in' in regards to his future.
As a result of the contract standoff, Salah has been linked with a move to the Parc des Princes in recent weeks. But having already denied the claims earlier this week, Al-Khelaifi has once again moved to confirm that his club have not held talks with Salah over a deal.

"I love Salah, also because he came from our part of the world," he told GIVEMESPORT. "I am very proud of him, honestly, for what he's done in the Premier League with Liverpool.
"And I have big respect for him and for Liverpool. So we never talked to him. Respect Liverpool and respect the player - he has a contract with Liverpool and we never talked to him."
Taking to X on Thursday night, former Egypt international Haytham Farouk claimed that Salah has signed a new deal with Liverpool. He wrote: "Congratulations on renewing your contract with the number you like and the period you want. The Egyptian king rules with his own judgments."
