With the January transfer window less than a month away, it is believed at this point that outgoings are going to be higher on the priority list than bringing any new players in at Chelsea.
Enzo Maresca has been managing his squad brilliantly so far this season, shown earlier this week with the dominant 5-1 win over Southampton.
The likes of Joao Felix impressed greatly in a rare Premier League start, as seven changes only saw the Blues score more goals than the game before.
Despite having the Conference League to look at a vast amount of his fringe players, Maresca has not been able to give everyone the opportunities they will feel they have deserved.

Carney Chukwuemeka is yet to start a game for Chelsea this season, and only has 63 minutes under his belt across four games in all competitions.
It has been claimed that Chukwuemeka’s agents are working hard on getting him a move away from the club, with his prospects not looking too bright right now.
Journalist Graeme Bailey has predicted to The Chelsea Chronicle that Chukwuemeka will get himself a move away from the club in January.
He said: “We know he’s not got a future there. That could be a permanent deal, but given how much they paid for him, his wages, a loan with a view is always most likely. There’s a bit of interest. I expect Chukwuemeka to get a move in January.”

Why has Enzo Maresca not picked Chukwuemeka?
It seems Italian Cesare Casadei is ahead of him in the pecking order to play in the middle of the park, while the plethora of quality in the attacking positions has seen him unable to break in there too.

The boss has even been keen to hand rivalling minutes to youngsters in his position instead lately. Sam Rak-Sakyi has a couple of appearances under his belt in Europe already.
Chelsea reportedly set a £40m price tag on Chukwuemeka over the summer when there was interest in signing him, and it remains to be seen if their stance softens when the window opens again in a month’s time.
