FC Barcelona will be aiming for a second consecutive win in La Liga when they lock horns with Manuel Pellegrini’s Real Betis tomorrow at Benito Villamarin.
Buoyed by their 5-1 away win over RCD Mallorca earlier in the week, the Catalans will hope for a repeat of that performance in Seville tomorrow as they aim to stretch their lead at the top of the table.
Ahead of the trip to Andalusia, Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has announced the squad list of players who will be travelling for the match.
There are no major surprises in the squad with no new returnees making the squad as Ronald Araujo is still not ready for a comeback while Ansu Fati and Andreas Christensen only recently resumed training. Marc-Andre ter Stegen and Marc Bernal are long-term absentees.
Robert Lewandowski, who got a rest against Mallorca in midweek, will be starting tomorrow, as has already been confirmed by Flick.
Wojciech Szczesny continues to feature on the list but his debut in the Blaugrana colours will have to wait.
Meanwhile, Youngsters like Ander Astralaga, Gerard Martin, Sergi Dominguez, and Hector Fort continue to be in the first-team dynamics at Barça.
