Victor Osimhen would be 'jumping for joy' if given the opportunity to join Juventus, according to Italian media.

The Nigeria international continues to be one of the most talked-about players in the transfer market. Osimhen is loving life on loan at Galatasaray and the Turkish giants dream of signing him permanently.

However, his price tag of €75 million makes a long-term stay in Istanbul all but impossible, which means that the 25-year-old will be on the move again in 2025 as there is no way of him playing for parent club Napoli again.

Osimhen has repeatedly ruled out leaving Galatasaray in January despite boasting a break clause in his contract that would allow him to join a top European side should a suitable offer materialise.

On Thursday, it was claimed that PSG had re-entered talks over a potential move, with the French champions having been one of the three sides - along with Chelsea and Al-Ahli - to launch unsuccessful negotiations for Osimhen earlier this year.

Osimhen keen on Juventus

Chelsea, too, remain interested in the striker but they are not the only English club keeping tabs on his situation. According to Calciomeracto, Man Utd have also made Osimhen one of their 'priorities' along with Viktor Gyokeres.

The Italian outlet also relays claims from Il Mattino in which it is asserted that Osimhen would be delighted and 'jumping for joy' should Juventus turn their interest into a concrete offer.

Fabrizio Romano previously revealed the Old Lady's interest and the Bianconeri could even have an ace up their sleeves as Cristiano Giuntoli is in charge of recruitment. He was the man who brought Osimhen to Italy in the first place when he signed him for Napoli from Lille.

Juventus are in the market for a striker as Dusan Vlahovic has failed to entirely convince the club hierarchy but it is acknowledged that Osimhen's salary could prove a major stumbling block. A move for the Nigerian would seemingly only be possible if Vlahovic were sold.

It is asserted that Juventus would be prepared to pay a premium for Osimhen, which they likely would have to do given the rivalry with Napoli and the fact that his €75m release clause is only active for non-Italian clubs.

The salary, however, is a much bigger cause for consternation as the club are trying to slim down their wage bill.
