Trent Alexander-Arnold has praised the "mind-blowing" impact that Arne Slot has made at Liverpool this season. The Reds appointed Slot as their new head coach and the successor to Jurgen Klopp in the Anfield dugout earlier this year.
Alexander-Arnold has enjoyed an impressive first half of the season, amassing four assists in all competitions, two of which came in the 3-3 draw with Newcastle in the Premier League earlier this week. The Liverpool vice-captain has been a regular starter under Slot's management this season but has also competed with Conor Bradley at right-back.
The last few months have seen Alexander-Arnold's future be an increased subject of speculation. The 26-year-old is out of contract at Liverpool at the end of the season, with talks still underway between the Reds and Alexander-Arnold's representatives.

Klopp was the manager who handed Alexander-Arnold his senior debut at Liverpool, and now the right-back is working with a new boss for the first time in his club career with Slot. The academy graduate has explained why he has been impressed with Slot's impact this season, particularly the tactics used by the new head coach.
"The style with which he coaches, and the style with which we play and the identity we have as a team is something that is there to see," said Alexander-Arnold in an interview with TNT Sports.
"We're all enjoying it, he's getting the best out of players, that's all you want as a player. We're all willing to learn to improve. That's what you want, he's someone who will coach that into us. Like you've seen, the lads have bought into it from day one.
"That's what you need as a new manager, when you've got willing lads to learn and receive feedback, then you're halfway there.
"The tactics are mind-blowing as well. If I'm honest, I don't think anyone would have said we'd be as good as we are."
