Mikel Arteta has revealed the coach labelled the 'most annoying bloke in football' by Gary Neville is in talks to extend his time at Arsenal.
Nicolas Jover has built himself a prestigous reputation since taking charge of the north London side's set-pieces and helped develop Arsenal's deadball scenarios into a weapon under Arteta. Jover earned is moniker from ex-Manchester United captain Neville during the Red Devils defeat to the Gunners where Ruben Amorim's side were blown away Arsenal's corners.
The French coach, who previously worked at Manchester City, is a recognisable figure on the sideline as he provides animated instructions to the players on the pitch. He is not alone in attempting to come to terms with Premier League side's hierarchy, with a number of Arteta's other members of staff also in talks.
"It is difficult because four or five people committing at the same time is not easy to do," said Arteta in his press conference ahead of Arsenal's trip to Fulham.

"I am so happy with them and I value them at the highest level. I want to continue together so hopefully it will be revolved very soon."
It was put to Arteta that his side had become corner kings. That title is by no means enough for the Spaniard however, and the Gunners' head coach has loftier ambitions.
"We want to be the kings of everything. Set-pieces, the best in the world. High press, the best in the world. In open spaces, the best in the world. The best atmosphere in the stadium and the best at everything.

"Before it was we didn’t score enough, we were soft at defending, we didn’t have mentality, we were not physical enough, we didn’t beat big teams away from home for 17 years, 20 years, 22 years.
"We want to be the best at everything. We want to have the best academy, be the best at player development, recruit the best players, best coaches. That’s the aim."
Arsenal currently lie third in the Premier League and trail Liverpool by seven points in the division. Arteta's side make the trip across London to Craven Cottage hopeful they can apply some pressure to the Reds.
