MARCOS Senesi is set for a spell on the sidelines after suffering a ‘significant’ injury.
The Argentine hobbled off at Molineux last weekend, but the player and staff at [Cherries](http://www.bournemouthecho.co.uk/sport/cherries/clubnews/) were not certain if he had just picked up a knock or a more serious injury.
But Senesi didn’t feature in the matchday squad against Tottenham Hotspur on Thursday night, with Dean Huijsen coming in to play in his place.
Afterwards, Andoni Iraola confirmed Senesi had picked up an injury to his quad.
He said: “I cannot give you exactly \[how long he will be out\] because we still have to do more assessments, but it's a muscle injury in the quad.
“We were in doubt in the moment against Wolves, he was in doubt, he didn't know if it was just the knock, a big knock, or was a muscle injury.
“And now we are pretty sure that is a muscle injury.
“I think in the quad is quite significant. So probably he will be out for some time. But before I can give you more info and more exact things, we still have to do more assessments.”
