Donovan Léon (32) put in a decisive performance against Paris Saint-Germain. The AJ Auxerre goalkeeper made 11 stops on the night, including two big ones late in stoppage time, to deny PSG from taking all three points away from the Stade de l’Abbé-Deschamps and allowing L’AJA to continue their excellent home form. They have lost just once at home all season (against AS Monaco), and they are now five unbeaten at their home ground.
Léon played a big part in that and his importance was recognised by L’Équipe, who awarded the shot-stopper a very rare ’10’ rating. He has now joined an elite club.
