We’re back at home for the final time in 2024 as Everton are the visitors to Brisbane Road on Sunday afternoon (1pm kick-off).
In our four games at home so far in the Barclays Women’s Super League, we’ve scored two or more goals on three occasions, netting eight goals in total, with the only shutout in the north London derby at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Since our promotion to the WSL in 2019, we’ve had 10 meetings with the Toffees in the WSL and they’ve usually been high-scoring encounters, with 31 goals scored between the two sides.
Midfielder Eveliina Summanen has enjoyed an impressive first half of the campaign, netting two goals and registering two assists in eight WSL games so far – just one short of last season’s five goal involvements (one goal and four assists) in the league.

Match stats
-----------
* We’ve won just one of our 10 WSL games against Everton (D4 L5), going five without victory versus the Toffees since a 1-0 home win in December 2021.
* Everton only hold a better win rate in the Women’s Super League against Aston Villa (63%) than us, winning exactly half of their 10 meetings with Spurs in the competition (50%).
* Everton beat local rivals Liverpool 1-0 last time out and could win back-to-back WSL games for the first time since December 2023.
* We’ve scored multiple goals in four of our last five home league games (11 total goals), as many times as we’ve managed to do so across our 13 WSL matches on home turf prior.
* Everton ended last season by winning their final two away league games but have since failed to win their opening four away games of a WSL campaign for the first time since 2018-19 (first six).
* Jessica Naz has won the joint-most fouls in the final third in the WSL this season (six) while she has also been fouled more times leading to an opponent receiving a yellow or red card than any other player (five).
* Since her WSL debut for Everton in September 2022, Katja Snoeijs has scored 11 goals, at least seven more than any other player has managed for the Toffees in that period (Bennison and Finnigan – both four).
