The details for Manchester City’s three group games have been announced.
The date, time and location of Manchester City’s Club World Cup fixtures have been announced.
The draw for the expanded tournament took place on Thursday, with Pep Guardiola’s side placed in a group containing Wydad, Al Ain and Juventus.
City’s first match comes against Wydad on Wednesday 18 June at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, with kick-off at 5pm in the UK. After that it’s Abu Dhabi side Al Ain at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atalanta, which kicks off at 9pm local time on Sunday 22 June in Atalanta, but 2am on Monday in the UK.
The group finishes with City’s clash against Juve, perhaps the standout game of the group phase, and will be played on Thursday 26 June in Orlando’s Camping World Stadium at 8pm UK time.
Should City win the group, they’ll stick around in Orlando to play the runners-up of Group H, while a second-place finish would set up a meeting against the winners of Group H in Miami - which is likely to be Real Madrid.
Fifa have also confirmed that all of the semi-finals will take place in New Jersey, as will the final, which will be played on 13 July. The tournament begins with Egyptian side Al Ahly against Inter Miami on 14 June.
City are one of 12 European sides set to compete in the 32-team tournament along with Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain, Porto, Chelsea, Benfica, Borussia Dortmund, Inter Milan, Real and Juventus.
