Erling Haaland of Manchester City reacts following the Premier League match between Crystal Palace FC and Manchester City
Manchester City drew 2-2 with Crystal Palace on Saturday
Manchester City were forced to drive back from Crystal Palace after their flight home was cancelled.
The Blues had hoped to fly back from Saturday’s game to give themselves the most recovery time before Tuesday’s trip to Juventus in the Champions League. However, Storm Darragh put paid to that with the team given no option but to drive back instead.
Pep Guardiola’s side will have plenty to think about as they head back from South London with a Premier League point that does little to move their season along. A depleted defence struggled to cope with Palace and City had to come from behind twice to take a point.

It leaves them fourth in the league table, and a late red card picked up by Rico Lewis further depletes Guardiola's options for the Manchester derby next weekend. Before then comes the difficult test in Turin as City look to keep their hopes alive of a top-eight finish in the Champions League.
"We make two fantastic goals, of course on the set pieces now they are stronger than us, every single team," said Guardiola. "We try to concede few. That is what we are doing.
"In general the game was there, come back in this stadium is not easy. We tried. I'm really pleased for many things I saw."
