Georgiy Sudakov’s agent, Vadim Shabliy, admits to interest from Premier League sides, as a January move could be on the cards.

Shakhtar Donetsk are not completely opposed to the idea of making yet another big sale, with the 22-year-old in-demand midfielder already seen as very similar to former star Mykhailo Mudryk.
The two Ukrainians are different in their positions, but Shakhtar Donetsk are eager to make a big statement with a stellar sale. Sudakov has had a productive season for the club so far, with his contributions coming more in the league, although he has been a handful in the Champions League.

Sudakov’s agent, Vadim Shabliy, has now commented via The Daily Mirror, admitting to Premier League interest and insisting a move could materialise soon. He said that Shakhtar are open to a sale as well as the player seems intent on moving away, as this will come as a boost to the likes of Liverpool and Tottenham.
Shabliy said, “Shakhtar and the player are open to offers. And that means there is a high probability that we will soon be able to see Georgiy in the top leagues.”
Liverpool and Tottenham sent scouts to watch Georgiy Sudakov in recent games, and these are clubs looking at an attacking midfielder of his kind to bolster their options. Both Liverpool and Tottenham have the funds to make a big move happen, although they are also those who are unlikely to pay over the market value.
Aston Villa are also keen, meaning there is plenty of interest coming from the Premier League ahead of the January transfer window. If Liverpool and Tottenham make a concrete offer, they might have the upper hand in the chase, as Sudakov will want to join a top club when he leaves Shakhtar.
