All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Arsenal as they prepare for a clash with Fulham.

Mikel Arteta’s men made up two points during the week, and they could make up three more - albeit only for now - with Liverpool seeing their clash with Everton postponed on Saturday. Here we round up all the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding the Emirates Stadium.

Tavares up for sale

Arsenal have already decided they will sell Nuno Tavares next summer, according to the Daily Mail. Tavares is currently out on loan with Lazio, impressing with eight goals in 10 appearances.

Tavares will have a better market this summer based on that form, and Arsenal will be looking to take advantage. The report also claims that Fabio Vieira and Marquinhos also find themselves on the transfer list ahead of the summer.

Tavares has previously said: "At Arsenal, I do not know if it was a problem of competition with Kieran Tierney, but for me, that's not even the point. I came to Marseille to finally be able to play in my position. When signing with OM, I wanted to have an option to buy, but Arsenal refused. With my agents, we always wanted this purchase option, but Arsenal didn't. Now I'm at OM, and with or without an option, I'm happy. At Arsenal, I would have probably only played in the cup."

MLS star eyed

Arsenal are said to be interested in LA Galaxy star Gabriel Pec, who was crowned the signing of the season in MLS. Arsenal and Liverpool are said to be circling the Brazilian, who is a player with fine technical ability.

The 23-year-old has scored 16 times in 33 league appearances in MLS, joining from Vaco de Gama earlier this year. Pec is a diverse player, able to play not only as a winger but also as an attacking midfielder. That’s a profile Arsenal will like given they need more competition out wide and more depth behind Martin Odegaard.
