Giannis Antetokounmpo didn't taste victory on his 30th birthday on Dec. 6, as the Milwaukee Bucks lost 111-105 to the Boston Celtics at TD Garden. As if that wasn't bad enough for Antetokounmpo, NBC Sports Boston took a wild shot at him after the game too by praising Tatum for putting on a show for his son's birthday.

Tatum's eldest son Deuce shares his birthday with Antetokounmpo and the Celtics star sure put on quite a show in front of both of them. The 26-year-old had a game-high 34 points (12-20 FG) to go with 10 rebounds and five assists. He came up big in the big moments too, scoring 14 points in the fourth quarter to lead the Celtics to victory.

As for Antetokounmpo, he played well too but not well enough. The two-time MVP had 30 points (13-25 FG), 11 rebounds, and an assist but couldn't help the Bucks prevent a season series sweep at the hands of the Celtics. They have also now lost two in a row to drop to 11-11 on the season.

Getting back to that shot fired at Antetokounmpo, it was not the only one of the night. Jaylen Brown hit Giannis with the "too small" taunt in the third quarter and things are starting to get spicy between these teams. There's a lot of tension bubbling underneath the surface and I wish we get a Bucks-Celtics playoff series this season.

Jayson Tatum Appreciated The Celtics Celebrating Deuce's Birthday

Deuce was in attendance for this game and got some special treatment. Some members of the Celtics' social media team gifted him a Spiderman birthday cake and then in the first quarter, he appeared on the Jumbotron as well. In his postgame press conference, Tatum was asked what he remembered from his seventh birthday and what he hoped Deuce remembers from his.

"I know I wasn’t on the Jumbotron at a Celtics game,” Tatum said. "I think for me and him, it’s special that we share these moments together. Deuce was born (on) December 6, 2017, that was a month and a half into my rookie year. It’s crazy that now he's seven and how much time has passed.

"But it's been really special. We've grown up together here in Boston," Tatum continued. "We've shared a lot of cool moments and special moments here at the Garden. He was excited about the game today. He liked being on the Jumbotron, so it was a pretty cool moment for a 7-year-old."

Here is the moment when Deuce appeared on the Jumbotron.

That had to feel great. It's wonderful to see how Celtics fans have embraced Deuce and he sure could feel the love from them on the night. He'd have walked away from the game a happy young man too, as his father took over in the clutch in a masterful performance.

Tatum and the Celtics weren't able to build on that big win, however, losing 127-121 to the Memphis Grizzlies on Saturday to fall to 19-5 on the season. They'll now look to bounce back from that shock defeat when they take on the Detroit Pistons at TD Garden on Thursday at 7:30 PM ET.
