Arsenal take on Fulham at Craven Cottage this afternoon as they look to keep pace with Liverpool a the top of the Premier League.
The Gunners’ devastating set piece routines did job on Manchester United on Wednesday, moving to within seven points of the summit with Liverpool dropping points away to Newcastle United.
Mikel Arteta was without both Gabriel Magalhaes and Riccardo Calafiori midweek with Jakub Kiwior and Oleksandr Zinchenko replacing them.
Arteta would have hoped to have his towering defenders back for the short trip across the capital but neither Gabriel or Calafiori were spotted in training on Friday afternoon.
As ever, the Arsenal boss was giving nothing away when quizzed on their fitness in his pre-match press conference.
Both players will be assessed after a final training session on Saturday.
Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu remain unavailable but the rest of the Gunners squad is in good shape as the busy festive period begins to kick into gear.
