West Ham United are keen to sign a hugely talented young Brazilian in the January transfer window.
And he could completely transform us as a team.
West Ham head coach Julen Lopetegui and director of football Tim Steidten oversaw what we all thought was a terrific summer window at the time.
However, we were still left with two glaring deficiencies.
Lopetegui is being heavily tipped with an exit from the Hammers hot-seat, and it has been claimed that he has lost the dressing room.

The Hammers still don’t have a pacy centre-forward and we are desperately short of power and athleticism in the middle of the park.
It’s just unacceptable that those two types of players haven’t been brought into the London Stadium.
Now though, West Ham have a great chance to address one of those weaknesses.
£5m deal for Brazilian would solve West Ham’s problems
The Hammers have a fantastic opportunity ahead of the January window it seems.
MORE WEST HAM STORIES
If Lopetegui is still in charge at the London Stadium come January, he should be prioritising the addition of a central midfield powerhouse.
And the now the window seems wide open for the Hammers to strike a real bargain deal.
According to a report from Calciomercato.it, West Ham can sign Flamengo youngster Evertton Araujo for just £5 million this summer.
This one seems like an absolute no-brainer to me.
The Brazilian starlet is an elite young talent with stunning ability and major potential.

Hopefully the Hammers strike whilst the iron is hot so to speak.
Evertton Araujo playing style, strengths and weaknesses
The 21-year-old is an incredible athlete.
He has pace and power in abundance, and although he’s a defensive midfielder by trade, he possesses exceptional ball-carrying ability.
Araujo is a really strong tackler, but he’s incredibly proficient with the ball at his feet as well.
That is proven by his 89.2% pass completion rate out in Brazil this season (Who Scored).
One particular concern I have about him is that his decision making is very poor at times, but that part of his game will surely improve as time goes on.
The Flamengo midfielder is obviously still very inexperienced, but I’m certain that he will be a real star in the future.
I think West Ham should not hesitate to take a punt on Evertton Araujo in January, if he is indeed available for just £5 million.
