Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard is reportedly focused on extending his stay at the Emirates Stadium, with sources indicating the Belgian international has no interest in pursuing a move to the Saudi Pro League.
The 30-year-old is believed to be seeking a contract extension that would secure his future with the Gunners and increase his wages due to his importance to the team.

Trossard, who joined Arsenal from Brighton in January 2023 for a fee that could rise to £27m, has been a key player for Mikel Arteta’s side this season, particularly during Martin Ødegaard’s injury absence.
His contributions have made him an indispensable part of Arsenal’s squad, prompting the club to prioritise discussions over a new deal. Trossard’s current contract runs until 2025, but sources indicate he is looking for a three-year extension, potentially with a substantial pay increase that would elevate his weekly earnings into six figures.
Interest from Saudi Arabia surfaced in the summer when Al-Ittihad made an offer in the region of £25m for the Belgian. Arsenal immediately rejected the bid, maintaining their stance that Trossard was not for sale. Al-Ittihad had reportedly planned a fresh approach worth £40m in January, but speculation now suggests that any potential move is off the table, with Trossard intent on remaining at Arsenal to aid their Premier League title push.

Reports in Belgium earlier this season hinted that a contract extension was on the agenda for Arsenal, and subsequent updates confirm the club have initiated talks. Trossard, whose versatility and reliability have been integral to the team, appears keen to stay and continue building on his role under Arteta.
Arsenal’s interest in West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus earlier this year reportedly encouraged Al-Ittihad to renew their pursuit of Trossard, viewing him as a potential marquee signing. However, Arsenal’s rejection of all advances highlights their commitment to keeping the winger, whose form has reinforced his importance to the club’s ambitions.
Trossard celebrated his 30th birthday last week on the same day he made a substitute appearance in Arsenal’s 2-0 victory over Manchester United.
