David Moyes could return for a third spell at West Ham United in a “remarkable” twist, according to Alan Nixon.

The Sun journalist reported on his Patreon on 8 December that Moyes is happy to wait for the right opening with Julen Lopetegui now facing the sack.

The Spaniard is set for one more chance against Wolves at the London Stadium on 9 December in the Premier League [Fabrizio Romano].

Nixon claims a third spell for Moyes is possible in the “right circumstances”.
