Arsenal star Leandro Trossard has been looked upon by Saudi side. The Belgian has experienced a dip in his form recently which has linked him with a move away from the Emirates. Now, the 30 year old has taken an important decision about his future.
Leandro Trossard has been clutch hero for Gunners since he arrived. He has often helped Mikel Arteta to pull back comebacks by making difference after coming as a substitute. Arsenal fans have labelled him super-sub and love the Belgian.
But, this seasons has been full of ups and downs for Trossard. He has not been in the top form and as a result he is linked with an away move. Saudi side were keen to sign him in summer itself but Arsenal rejected the offer quickly.
But, once again the Saudi side has shown interest in Trossard. Al Ittihad are prepared to pay Arsenal £40 million for the Trossard. Now the 30 year old has taken an important decision ahead of the January transfer window.

Despite the strong interest from Saudi side, Trossard is unwilling to move away from Arsenal. Instead he is keen to sign a contract extension. As per The Mirror, Trossard may extend his current contract for 3 more years. He already has 18 months left on his contract.
The new contract will make Trossard untouchable. It also shows how highly Mikel Arteta rates the Belgian. Trossard has been out of form but we have to keep the fact in consideration that he is playing in unnatural position. Trossard was used as attacking midfielder which role did not seem to suit him.
Recently, the Belgian has once again handed his favoured role on the left flank. Trossard has once again seemed very good and is catching back his to form. Arteta will be very happy for the 30 year old as he knows how crucial Trossard can be in the hunt of major titles.
