Confirmed Chelsea line-up v Brighton

Sonia Bompastor has made three changes to her Chelsea side who are set to start against Brighton & Hove Albion in today's Women's Super League encounter at Kingsmeadow.

We return from the international break a fortnight after we beat Manchester United 1-0 in Kingston. The changes from that match are Ashley Lawrence, Wieke Kaptein and Aggie Beever-Jones who come into today's starting XI.

Hannah Hampton retains her place in goal with a defensive line of Lucy Bronze, Nathalie Bjorn, Millie Bright, and Lawrence in front of her. Erin Cuthbert, Sjoeke Nusken and Wieke Kaptein are set to line up in midfield.

Making her 101st appearance for Chelsea, Guro Reiten is set to feature down the left, with Johanna Rytting Kaneryd on the other flank. Fresh from making her first start for England, Beever-Jones will lead the line in Kingston this afternoon.

Fit-again Niamh Charles has been included in a matchday squad for the first time this season after recovering from a dislocated shoulder. She takes her place on the substitutes bench alongside Zecira Musovic, Alejandra Bernabe, Maelys Mpome, Eve Perisset, Oriane Jean-Francois, Maika Hamano and Mayra Ramirez.

Chelsea XI: Hampton; Bronze, Bjorn, Bright, Lawrence, Nusken, Cuthbert, Kaptein, Rytting Kaneryd, Reiten, Beever-Jones

Chelsea substitutes: Musovic, Charles, Bernabe, Mpome, Perisset, Jean-Francois, Hamano, Ramirez
