Fans Are Roasting The Nuggets After Loss To Wizards On Saturday

For the first time since October 30, the Washington Wizards won an NBA game.

The Denver Nuggets were far from sharp in their trip to D.C., and the Wizards just got their third win.

Needless to say, no one wanted to be the team that helped the league’s worst team snap their 16-game losing streak.

And even though Nikola Jokic put up 56 points, 16 rebounds, and eight assists, he couldn’t carry his team to triumph.

With that in mind, countless fans took to social media to show their concern for Mike Malone’s team over the loss.

Most embarrassing game I've seen in years. Disasterclass by everyone not named Jokic.

This is inexcusable. Nuggets need to make serious roster improvements. We cannot waste Jokics prime

WOW, we are in trouble.

Contenders? No. PRETENDERS

Of course, anybody can beat anybody in the National Basketball Association.

Even the bad teams are good, and there are no guarantees.

Then again, the Nuggets have been far from what we were used to watching from them this season.

Even without Jamal Murray and despite being on the road, the Nuggets were 13.5-point favorites ahead of tip-off.

While lines are often inflated when bad teams meet good teams, losing by nine to them was still head-scratching.

The Nuggets are now 11-10 for the season and have alternated great performances with not-so-good ones.

They don’t look like the championship contender they were for the past two years, despite Jokic posting the best numbers of his career.

They will most likely have to make some moves to get over this hump.

The Wizards likely won’t win many more games this season, with Cooper Flagg looking like a big prize at the end of the tunnel.
