Ryan Gravenberch is a suspension risk for Liverpool with four yellow cards to his name
Liverpool's Merseyside derby against Everton on Saturday was called off. The match at Goodison Park, due to kick-off at 12.30pm, was postponed over concerns about the severe weather in Liverpool today.
The news on Saturday means that Arne Slot's side will not be in action again until Tuesday's Champions League fixture away at Girona. Liverpool's next Premier League fixture will come at home to Fulham on Saturday, December 14 (kick-off: 3pm).
Saturday's cancellation will mean that Reds midfielder Alexis Mac Allister will now serve his one-game suspension against the Cottagers next week. The 25-year-old earned himself a one-match ban with his fifth yellow card of the season during Wednesday night's clash against Newcastle United.

Mac Allister is also banned for Tuesday's match against Girona after being booked three times in Europe this season. It means that he will next be available on Wednesday, December 18 away at Southampton in the Carabao Cup quarter-finals.
The Argentine has enjoyed a fantastic season for the Reds so far and recently confessed that he enjoys playing in Slot's more strategic Liverpool team compared to Jurgen Klopp's. Mac Allister told The Rest Is Football podcast that Slot's approach is less intense and more calculated than Klopp's.
"That's the main difference, the tactical side. As I say, I think it's about finding the free man, the space, and try to attack it – and be more patient when you have the ball," he said.
When asked by Lineker if this style suits him, Mac Allister quickly responded: "Yeah, yeah for sure." Since Slot's arrival, Mac Allister has been largely relieved of the defensive duties Klopp had assigned him.
Ryan Gravenberch has now taken over these responsibilities, although the Dutchman is also at risk of suspension. Both Gravenberch and Ibrahima Konate have received four yellow cards each, so will be treading on eggshells next time out against Fulham.
