VAR was under the spotlight once again during Tottenham's clash with Chelsea on Sunday as Moises Caicedo escaped punishment for an ugly challenge on Pape Matar Sarr.
Caicedo went over the ball and caught the Spurs man on his shin with his studs with Sky's match commentators Peter Drury and Jamie Carragher both immediately saying that he could be in big trouble.
However, Carragher was left shocked as the VAR quickly ruled that no further action needed to be taken.
'What? Have I missed something there? That is unbelievable,' the former Liverpool man said.
'I don't like seeing people get sent off, I always think the officials should do as much as they can to keep it 11v11 but it was absolutely certain it was going to be a red card. They've got away with a huge one there, Chelsea.'
Caicedo was not even booked for the incident and the majority of fans on social media were in clear agreement with Carragher.
