Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo did not receive a red card because his challenge on Tottenham's Pape Matar Sarr 'lacked excessive force'.

The Premier League Match Centre then released the following statement: "VAR checked for a potential red card following a challenge by Caicedo on Sarr and confirmed the referee’s call of no serious foul play." With Chelsea keeping 11 men on the pitch after that incident, they may feel they have a chance of rescuing a point or more in the second half in North London.
Should the Blues manage to pick up a victory at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from a losing position they would firmly insert themselves into the Premier League title race. Chelsea would sit just four points behind league leaders Liverpool with a victory this evening.
