Chelsea score twice in 12 minutes to complete their comeback.
Tottenham took an early lead through Dominic Solanke before Dejan Kulusevski made it 2-0 inside the first 15 minutes.
Jadon Sancho pulled one back for the Blues in the 17th minute with the first half finishing 2-1.
The away side have however, completed the turnaround in the second half with two goals in 12 minutes.
Yves Bissouma conceded a poor penalty around the hour mark with Cole Palmer stepping up and scoring past Fraser Forster to level the score.
12 minutes later, Palmer assists Enzo Fernandes who volleys in past Forest from close range.
What appeared would be a perfect day for Ange Postecoglou has turned into quite a disappointing one.
