All the latest news and transfer rumours surrounding Arsenal after their frustrating draw with Fulham.

Arsenal failed to find a way through Fulham on Sunday, coming from behind to draw 1-1. The Gunners dominated the ball but failed to carve open an organised Cottagers side who have shown why they are potential European candidates over recent weeks.

Mikel Arteta’s men haven’t fallen further behind Liverpool yet due to the Reds seeing their game postponed on Saturday, but it is another potential blow in the title race. Here we round up all the latest news surrounding the Gunners.

Injury blow

In the lead up to kick-off on Sunday, Arteta confirmed a fresh injury blow for the Gunners, with Oleksandr Zinchenko picking up an injury.

“He got injured as well unfortunately so we are missing four left full-backs,” said the Arsenal boss. “Adapt[ing] is the sort of things you have to go through in a season and I am sure we will be fine.”

Arsenal miss key man

Jamie Redknapp believes Arsenal look all too ordinary without centre-back Gabriel Magalhaes, who is currently out with injury.

“What you’ve seen is how much Arsenal miss Gabriel when he doesn’t play,” Redknapp said at half-time on Sky Sports’ coverage. “Jimenez deserves a lot of credit because the finish is really good. Arsenal have been poor, they haven’t really got going.”

Gabriel committed to the Gunners

Speaking of Gabriel, the Arsenal star has distanced himself from ongoing transfer links with Real Madrid, who are seemingly keen on landing the Brazilian.

When asked if he sees himself as a part of Arsenal’s long-term future, Saliba told The Mirror: “Yeah of course, I feel at home. I signed for the club five years ago but it’s only my third season and I’m enjoying everything – the players, the staff and the fans. I feel at home so of course, why not?”

Gabriel has shown himself to be a crucial part of Arsenal’s starting XI, and it’s extremely unlikely the Gunners would consider selling him any time soon.
