Arsenal Diary: What’s in store this week

It’s set to be another busy week with both our men’s and women’s teams in European action before a weekend of domestic football.

Here’s what to look out for on Arsenal.com and the official app over the next seven days.

MONDAY

7pm - Adobe Women’s FA Cup Fourth Round draw

We enter this season’s Adobe Women’s FA Cup in the fourth round, with the draw taking place live on YouTube.

We’re ball number one and the matches are scheduled to be played by the weekend of January 11.

TUESDAY

3.30pm - Mikel Arteta press conference

Our manager will be back in front of the media at Sobha Realty Training Centre for his pre-Monaco press conference on Tuesday afternoon.

Watch here or on the app as he provides the latest team news and looks ahead to our next UEFA Champions League fixture.

WEDNESDAY

1pm - Arsenal U19s v AS Monaco

Max Porter’s young Gunners play their final league phase game of the UEFA Youth League with the visiting of AS Monaco under-19s at Meadow Park on Wednesday.

We won’t be able to reach the knockout phase though, as we’re 30th in the competition and four points away from the top 22.

5pm (local) - Renee Slegers press conference

Our women’s interim head coach previews Thursday’s trip to Valerenga in the UEFA Women’s Champions League.

Keep an eye out for all the key quotes here on the website or official app.

8pm - Arsenal v AS Monaco

We’re back under the lights for another Champions League night at Arsenal Stadium to take on AS Monaco on Wednesday.

Another win in the competition would bolster our chances of guaranteeing a place in the next round, but Monaco are in the same boat having earned 10 points from five games.

Supporters in the UK can watch the match live on TNT Sports.

THURSDAY

5.45pm - Valerenga v Arsenal Women

Following Sunday’s impressive 4-0 win at home to Aston Villa, we travel to Norway to face Valerenga at the Intility Arena.

We already qualified for the knockout stages of the Women’s Champions League with a 1-0 win over Juventus in November, while Valerenga will be eliminated from the competition at the end of the group phase as they sit bottom of Group C.

Supporters in the UK can watch the match live on DAZN.

FRIDAY

12.30pm - Renee Slegers press conference

Not long after touching down back in the UK, Renee will reflect on the Valerenga match with the media at Sobha Realty Training Centre and look ahead to the weekend’s meeting with Liverpool.

1.30pm - Mikel Arteta press conference

Mikel will then be in position to talk all things Everton ahead of Saturday’s visit of the Toffees.

Watch the press conference live on Arsenal.com or the official app.

SATURDAY

3pm - Arsenal v Everton

We’ll be looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when we host Everton at Emirates Stadium this weekend.

Sean Dyche’s side put four past Wolverhampton Wanderers without reply at Goodison Park last week before Saturday’s Merseyside Derby was postponed due to Storm Darragh.

For all the best build-up coverage, head to Arsenal.com and the official app, where we will have our matchday show Live From N5. This show starts an hour before kick-off.

Post-match interviews, highlights and a full match replay will be published after the game.

SUNDAY

2.30pm - Liverpool v Arsenal Women

The week culminates with a trip to the Totally Wicked Stadium to take on Liverpool in the Barclays Women’s Super League,.

We’re third in the WSL ahead of Sunday’s game, while Liverpool are seventh with nine points from nine games.

This game will be shown live on Sky Sports for supporters in the UK.
