Man City’s hearing with Premier League over 115 alleged breaches has concluded

All evidence has been given

Manchester City’s case for the alleged 115 breaches has been concluded according to the Mail Sport.

It is the court case that is captivating the nation as anticipation for a verdict remains high among fans.

Plenty has been said about the court case, with City winning a separate hearing against the Premier League in the meantime, while rival clubs have lodged claims for compensation if the Manchester club is found guilty.

Despite The Times recently reporting that a decision is not set to be made until after the end of this season, news has been broken that all evidence has been given and that the case has been concluded.

Mail Sport reported that the closing arguments in the case were completed on Friday and that a three-man panel will now consider evidence before before coming to a decision.

This whole process is likely to take months.

The competition’s senior barrister is Adam Lewis KC while Lord Pannick is leading City’s defence. Both are from Blackstone Chambers.

Meanwhile the Citizens are enduring a rare tough time on the pitch at the current moment.

The club, without Ballon d’or winner Rodri, have been in poor form and will be looking for a Christmas miracle if they want to challenge Liverpool for the league title.

Only time will tell if City will end this season successful on and off the pitch.
