The good feeling around Chelsea only continued yesterday as they completed a thrilling turnaround victory against arch-rivals Tottenham.
Enzo Maresca reverted back to a similar side to the one that dismantled Aston Villa at Stamford Bridge, however some of his key players again retained their place in the side.
Cole Palmer proved exactly why that was the case with another match-winning performance, as Chelsea came from 2-0 down to complete a 4-3 victory.

It is clear the former Manchester City man has established himself as a crucial member of the Premier League XI, and the same can be said for Enzo Fernandez as well.
John Obi Mikel really impressed by Enzo Fernandez
The World Cup winner has proven to be a real asset with his goal contributions as of late. He has nine combined goals and assists in his last six Chelsea games.

Maresca has stated that Fernandez is improving a lot right now, and John Obi Mikel believes that the manager can take a lot of the credit for doing so.
He said: “Sometimes you need that kick up your backside to get you to wake up. His performances weren’t good at the start of the season and everyone was complaining. I think the manager took him out the firing line to protect him a little bit.”
“Now, he’s brought him back into the team. You can see his stats there. Absolutely fantastic. He’s been absolutely fantastic since coming back into the team, and he is the captain right now. We need him to lead by example on the pitch.”

Fernandez proving pundits wrong
A fair few people believed Chelsea were best building without Fernandez in mind, and instead prioritising a midfield partnership of Romeo Lavia and Moises Caicedo.
However, Chelsea fans and pundits have admitted they have been proven wrong by Fernandez’s latest displays.
Maresca has found a way to start all three central midfielders recently by moving Caicedo to right-back, however it’s fair to say that the Ecuadorian was at his best when back in the middle of the park in the second half yesterday.
