Antonio suffered a lower limb fracture in a serious road traffic accident on Saturday.
West Ham have announced details of a special tribute to forward Michail Antonio both before and after their Premier League match against Wolves on Monday night.
Antonio was airlifted to hospital after being involved in a road traffic accident on Saturday.
West Ham confirmed that the 34-year-old was in a 'stable condition' and was 'conscious and communicating'.
In a further update on Sunday, they disclosed that Antonio had received surgery on a 'lower limb fracture'. It is reported that he could miss a year of action while he recovers.
Now, in a statement, West Ham have confirmed that, before the match against Wolves, the club have planned a tribute to the striker.
The club will also auction off match-worn shirts from the fixture to raise funds for the NHS and Air Ambulances UK Charity, with the Hammers board pledging to match the final amount raised.
The statement reads: "Everyone at the Club would like to reiterate their heartfelt thanks to the first responders, emergency services, air ambulance staff and the NHS for the incredible support given to Michail in the wake of the accident.
"Ahead of Monday's Premier League fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers, the players will warm-up in special 'Antonio 9' shirts, as well as walking out in tops adorning the striker's name.
"The Club will auction off the walk-out tops, with each one signed by every member of the squad, including Michail.
"In addition, every match-worn shirt from the Wolves fixture will also be auctioned, each signed by their respective squad member.
"All proceeds raised from the auction will be split between the NHS and Air Ambulances UK Charity, the national charity supporting the lifesaving work of the UK's Air Ambulance charities. All proceeds will also be matched by the Club's Board."
