Alexis Mac Allister made the move to the Premier League at 21-years-old, with the Liverpool midfielder since becoming one of the best in England.
The former Argentinos Juniors talent was one of Brighton & Hove Albion’s earliest success stories in their international scouting programme, with Mac Allister thriving in the Premier League with the Seagulls before moving to Liverpool last year.
With Rafa Benitez recently praising Mac Allister after his performance for the Reds against Real Madrid, the 25-year-old could now be considered amongst one of the best in the world in his position having become a key player for both Liverpool and Argentina.
And Mac Allister has now lifted the lid on which league he would like to play in in the future.

Mac Allister hints at potential La Liga move in the future
Speaking to AS, the Liverpool no. 10 said he would consider a move to Spain in the future once his career with Liverpool is over, opening up the door to a potential transfer to La Liga in the next few years.
With Mac Allister linked with a surprise move to Madrid this summer, there is a real chance that the Argentine international could one day make the switch from the Premier League to La Liga if Liverpool believe the time is right to let the midfielder move.
And Mac Allister himself seems open to the idea of one day moving to Spain to play in La Liga, with the Liverpool star asking if he would consider a transfer in the future: “Yes, why not?
“It’s a country I like a lot and I’ve visited it several times, and, above all, because of the language and the culture, it’s very similar to Argentina. I would definitely like to play in Spain one day. But right now, I’m very comfortable at Liverpool and I don’t think about what might happen in the future.”

Which former Liverpool players moved to La Liga?
La Liga might not have the shine it used to have during the years of Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo, but the Spanish top-flight has managed to lure a number of former Liverpool players in recent years.
Luis Suarez departed Liverpool for FC Barcelona for a then-club-record fee in 2014, with Philippe Coutinho joining the former Anfield superstar a few years later in a blockbuster £142m deal.
Infamous Liverpool flop Iago Aspas also made a name for himself in La Liga with Celta Vigo, with the veteran striker considered as one of the Galician club’s greatest ever players having become a Spanish international after returning to the La Liga side.
