City's trip to Arsenal has also been switched from a Saturday to Sunday 2 at 4:30pm.
Arsenal are involved in two changes with their visit to Leicester now the early kick-off on February 15 - however this could change again if the Gunners are still in the Champions League at that stage.
Many of the changes are only kick-off times, including Manchester United's trip to Everton on Saturday 22, which is now a 12:30pm start time.
Two of United's have been moved to Sunday's - at home to Crystal Palace on February 2 and a trip to Tottenham on February 16.
The home match has been moved due to United's participation in the Europa League, and if the Red Devils progress their clash with Everton will also be moved, likely to a Sunday.
