Liverpool FC have confirmed their 19-man travelling squad that will face Girona in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday evening.
The Reds travelled to Spain on Monday ahead of their Tuesday night Champions League game against the Spanish side.
Liverpool have been flying in all competitions under Arne Slot this season.
They have also been very good in Europe, recording five wins out of five Champions League games this season—the only team still with a 100% record.
The last of that sequence came against another Spanish team, in the form of Champions League holders Real Madrid.
They make this trip to Spain after a six-day rest, having not played at the weekend due to adverse weather conditions, which led to the cancellation of the Merseyside Derby.
Meanwhile, Girona, who made their Champions League debut this season, have struggled for consistency so far.
They have won just once in Europe this season (DL) and come into this match on the back of a 3-0 defeat to Real Madrid at the weekend.
Ahead of facing Girona, Slot has named a strong 19-man squad that includes Alisson Becker.
The Brazilian shot-stopper has been out with an injury for some time but is now fit to travel with the Reds to Spain.
But while Alisson is fit enough to make the travelling squad, there is no space for Diogo Jota, who also recently returned to training.
Meanwhile, midfielder Alexis Mac Allister is among the few Liverpool players who will miss this clash after he was given his third booking in this season’s Champions League in the win over Real Madrid.
Tyler Morton is another Liverpool midfielder who has not travelled to Spain after sustaining a knock in training.
Meanwhile, Federico Chiesa missed missed Monday training due to illness.
