The Phoenix Suns have been without Kevin Durant for multiple games this season, and that has really hurt them.
As pointed out by Evan Sidery on X, the Suns are now 1-9 without Durant this season after Sunday night’s loss to the Orlando Magic.
Sidery reports that Phoenix will be “a team to monitor on the trade market as they are truly all-in on winning a championship this season.”
The Suns are desperate to win with Durant and Devin Booker leading the way, so how do they make that happen?

Durant has been sensational yet again this season, averaging 25.8 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 3.1 assists.
But he has only been able to participate in 13 games because of injuries, and the Suns have basically collapsed when he has been away.
After a strong start to the season, the Suns are currently tenth in the West with a 12-11 record.
If these numbers hold, they will once again be competing in the Play-In Tournament, and that wasn’t the plan.
Instead, it looked like they’d be clear playoff contenders this year after seasons of coming up short.
But the absences of Durant prove that this team relies on him a lot, which means changes could be coming.
The problem is that the Suns are strapped for cash because all they spent to get Durant, Bradley Beal, and others.
So they will have to get creative and find a way to part ways with money and contracts in order to bolster the roster.
The Suns will definitely be a team to watch during the trade season, but will they accomplish anything or are they out of cash and opportunities?
